Returns

All sales at AAA FilterFast are governed by distance selling under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 calendar days after receiving your goods to return them - if you have changed your mind for any reason.

Your item must be unused & in the same condition that you received - in its original packaging together with internal information.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. (e-Mail confirmation sufficient)

You are responsible for paying all postage costs associated with returning the item to us.

Royal Mail - occasionally, a delivery attempt has been made & a card left - please check your safe designated place. Also  checkIf your order is not at your local sorting office, please let us know & we will dispatch a replacement as soon as we can.

B/ give details of damage & whether goods are serviceable or not.
