Easy Steps to Replace Your Fridge Filter

Replacing the filter can be simple but varies according to filter type & location.

1. Find the filter location in your fridge.

2. Turn off the water supply - if needed.

3. Remove the old filter by twisting or pulling it out.

4. Inline water filters require a little more thought - as most have small plastic circlips & a collet to depress & hold in (a few mm only).

5. Insert the new lines or filter firmly.

6. Turn the water back on.

7. Flush the new filter by running water for a few minutes till water runs clear.

   
   

This flush removes any loose carbon bits. It also prepares the filter for use.

Keep the instructions handy - as each fridge model can be a little different.

Plus most all require the 'Filter Light to be re-set manually.
