Any order placed by you for goods advertised on our website is an offer by you to purchase the goods selected in your order. No contract exists between you and us for the sale of any goods until we have received your order and accepted it at our discretion. After you place an order, an e-Mail notification will be sent to you. An acknowledgement is not a notification that we accept your order. The contract is subject to your right of cancellation. We have the right to terminate the contract, if the full price of the contract is not received in cleared funds. Please note that we except no responsibility for leaks or flooding caused by the faulty fitting of our products. If you are at all unsure of how to install a product please employ a professional.

Pricing
Every effort is made to ensure prices shown on our Web Site are accurate at the time of placing your order. If we have under priced an item, we offer you the following options:
1/ Place a new order at the correct price for those goods.
2/ Cancel the whole of your order.
You have 30 days, to choose your option or your order will be cancelled.
If any payment has been made by you, a credit will be made using your original payment method. The price of an item does not include the delivery charge, which will depend on the delivery method you choose.
Payment
Payment can be made using options listed on our website.
Payment shall be due before delivery.
If payment fails your order will be cancelled.
Note
If you use PayPal we reserve the right to not ship to unconfirmed addresses.
There will be no delivery until clear funds have been received.
Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address specified at order completion.
If you refuse the delivery of your order for any reasons under the Distance Selling regulations or fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations.
AAA FilterFast will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card. By exercising your right to cancel, you are required to return the goods to AAA FilterFast.
We make every effort will be made to deliver the goods
as soon as possible, after your order has been accepted.
However, AAA FilterFast will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you for reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Your Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your contract with AAA FilterFast at any time up to 14 days, after you receive the goods, in line with The Distance Selling Regulations.
Should you wish to cancel your contract after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for return costs of the goods to AAA FilterFast.
Refund Policy
We will issue a refund, using the payment method refunds can take up to 7 days to process.
Warranty
From the date the goods are delivered, if you receive a damaged product you should notify us via e-Mail pengland@macace.net as soon as possible.
Goods should be returned to us as per our returns instructions.
Once we have received the goods AAA FilterFast we will test the product for the fault, a replacement will usually be sent immediately.
If the fault is verified we will either
1/ Replace with the same item immediately
2/ Refund in line with our refund policy
Limitation of Liability
to the extent permitted by law, in no event shall the manufacturer and supplier or its authorized service representatives be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, including any economic loss, whether resulting from non-performance, use, misuse inability to use the product, or the manufacturer’s or supplier's or its authorized service representative’s negligence. The manufacturer and supplier shall not be liable for damages caused by delay in performance and in no event, regardless of the form of the claim or cause of action whether based in contract, infringement, negligence, strict liability, any other sort or otherwise, shall the manufacturer’s and supplier's liability to you exceed the price paid by the original owner for the product.
AAA FilterFast will not be liable to you for any loss or damage in circumstances where
1/ There is no breach of a legal duty owed to you by the Supplier or by its employees or agents.
2/ Such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach.
3/ Any increase in loss or damage resulting from breach, by you of any term of this contract.
4/ Limitations of liability
The information on this website is provided free-of-charge and you acknowledge that it would be unreasonable to hold us liable in respect of this website and the information on this website.
5/ We endeavour to ensure the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we not commit to ensuring the website remains available or the material on this website is kept up-to-date.
