All sales at AAA FilterFast are governed by distance selling under the Consumer. Contracts Regulations - you have 14 calendar days after receiving your goods to return them - if you have changed your mind for any reason.

Your item must be unused & in the same condition that you received - in its original packaging together with internal information.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. (e-Mail confirmation sufficient)

You are responsible for paying all postage costs associated with returning the item to us.

C/ change filter every 6 months approx. - depending on your usage
D/ water flow slows
E/ ice cubes look smaller
F/ unused for extensive period of time e.g. a move or extended holiday
G/ objectionable taste or smell in the water + ice
