Returns

All sales at AAA FilterFast are governed by distance selling under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 calendar days after receiving your goods to return them - if you have changed your mind for any reason.

Your item must be unused & in the same condition that you received - in its original packaging together with internal information.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. (e-Mail confirmation sufficient)

You are responsible for paying all postage costs associated with returning the item to us.

Watercare Recycling have developed a new area of their business dedicated to the recycling & re-purposing of all water filters.

Watercare Recycling can recycle & re-purpose all types of plastic & aluminium water filters using their recycling facility in Harlow, Essex.

Watercare Recycling are able to regenerate the expired resin from within these water filters to be used in future manufacture.

We can all help reduce plastic waste from filters to zero. Components of any expired, unwanted or end-of-line water filters will be re-purposed or regenerated for future manufacture in products.

b/ Contact us with details on how many filters you want to return & we will have them collected from you free of charge.
