Returns

All sales at AAA FilterFast are governed by distance selling under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 calendar days after receiving your goods to return them - if you have changed your mind for any reason.

Your item must be unused & in the same condition that you received it, & in its original packaging together with internal information.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for paying all postage costs associated with returning the item to us.

Royal Mail - occasionally, a delivery attempt has been made but a card not left - related to parcel to collect. In addition, please check your safe designated place. If your order is not at your local sorting office, please let us know & we will dispatch a replacement as soon as we can.

Damaged Items

If your order has any damage, contact us to let us know please -

A/ provide your full name, delivery address & telephone number.

B/ give details of the damage & whether goods are serviceable or not.

Once we have proof of the damaged goods - as soon as possible, we will replace the item or issue a full refund - whichever you prefer.
