Returns

All sales at AAA FilterFast are governed by distance selling under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 calendar days after receiving your goods to return them - if you have changed your mind for any reason.

Your item must be unused & in the same condition that you received it, & in its original packaging together with internal information.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for paying all postage costs associated with returning the item to us.

Royal Mail - occasionally, a delivery attempt has been made but a card not left - related to parcel to collect. In addition, please check your safe designated place. If your order is not at your local sorting office, please let us know & we will dispatch a replacement as soon as we can.

Watercare Recycling & What Are We Recycling ?

Watercare Recycling have developed a new area of their business dedicated to the recycling & re-purposing of all water filters.

They can recycle & re-purpose all types of plastic & aluminium water filters using their newly operational recycling facility in Harlow, Essex.

They are able to regenerate the expired resin from within these water filters to be used in future manufacture of new water filters.

Benefits

We can all help reduce plastic waste from filters to zero. Components of any expired, unwanted or end-of-line water filters will be re-purposed or regenerated for future manufacture in products.

a/ Send your unwanted filters back to us – dry them out first please.

b/ Contact us with details on how many filters you want to return & we will have them collected from you free of charge.

Note - Free Collection is dependent on location & volume.
